Refund Policy

At Marvio Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality web development and digital services to all of our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and in accordance with our service agreements, while ensuring transparency and satisfaction for both parties.


1. Service-Based Nature

Marvio Digital primarily offers custom web development, domain management, and digital consulting services. These are service-based, often tailored to the individual needs of our clients, and may include both digital deliverables and third-party integrations.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

a. Before Work Commences
  • If a client cancels the project before any work has started, a full refund of the initial deposit will be issued.
b. After Work Has Started
  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work already completed. This will be fairly calculated and discussed with the client.
  • In such cases, all intellectual property developed up to the cancellation point remains the property of Marvio Digital unless otherwise agreed.
c. Completed Projects
  • Once the project is marked as completed and the final payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for services rendered.
  • We do, however, offer free maintenance for 6 months post-delivery to resolve any technical issues or bugs that may arise.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Web hosting, domain registration/renewal fees, and other third-party services once they are purchased or renewed.
  • Custom design and development work completed as per the agreed scope.
  • Maintenance payments made after the 6-month free maintenance period.
  • Payments made for additional services that go beyond the original scope of the project.
  • Payments not made directly to Marvio Digital (e.g., domain renewals paid to third parties).
  • Failure to communicate project changes or cancellations in writing.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with any part of the service, please contact us at pansilu@marviodigital.com before initiating any dispute or chargeback. We value long-term relationships and will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues amicably.


5. Service Suspension Due to Non-Payment

As stated in our invoices:

  • If payment is not completed by the specified due date, services may be suspended or permanently removed by third-party providers. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any disruptions or data losses caused by delayed or missed payments.

6. Refund Processing Time
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that transaction fees charged by payment processors may be non-refundable depending on their policy.

7. Digital Product Purchases (If Applicable)

If Marvio Digital offers digital products (e.g., downloadable templates, plugins, or code), these are non-refundable once the download or delivery is complete. Please review the product description and features carefully before purchasing.


8. Changes to This Policy

Marvio Digital reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is the client’s responsibility to review this policy periodically.
